  • I will design a color palette for you if you don’t have one.
  • I will provide static front-page, secondary page, and any other unique element designs to you.
  • I will work in a WordPress development site.
  • This involves complete customization.

Re-Facing your websites

You have a functioning website, and the page content is good, but the look and feel is dated. Re-facing the site basically redesigns the front page, and gives a face-lift to the secondary pages.

  • I will apply a new WordPress template to the current site.
  • This involves limited customization – focused primarily on the front page.
  • I will provide a static front-page design that very closely follows the new WP template.
  • I will design a color palette for you if you don’t have one.
  • I will then rebuild the front page to better help it deliver the benefits you want from your site.
  • The back pages will receive an updated look and feel, which closely follows the template.

For many businesses, this type of update is all that they need for their website.

Re-Designing your websites on drag & drop builders

This service is for you if your website is built on a drag and drop builder such as SquareSpace, GoDaddy builder, Wix or Weebly. It allows you to improve the look and feel, but still keep the functionality and ease of editing on your current host.

  • I will redesign your site – providing you with a new look and feel to the header and pages.
  • I will provide static page designs.
  • When you approve them, I transfer those to the site.

Custom website copy

One of the primary problems most websites have is too little copy. Did you know Google prefers at least 300 words on each page? But the last survey I read reported that the pages they serve up as the top organic search results have 2,500 words!! So the first step to improving SEO needs to be improving website copy!

  •  I meet talk with you and we will go through each page of your website.
  • We will also look at competitor websites and identify websites in your industry sector that appear to be doing a knock-out job with copy.
  • We will identify what topics and content needs to be added.
  • You will provide specifics – or tell me where to find them. (I can make up a lot and am very good at reading between the lines … but I can’t make up everything. The more detail you can provide, the better.)

Branding

Logo: –   A unique and distinctive logo design created with your input. You will have several designs to choose from.

Business Card –  A business card design using your logo and your contact information. This can be as distinctive and fun as you want. Or it can be all business. (Does not include printing, but I have a very low-price source.)

Brochure –  Copy and design for a basic 3-panel, or fold-over brochure. This price can go up with pages and complexity. (Does not include printing, but I have a very low-price source.)

  •      I will write and design a direct mail piece and help you think through message and visuals.
  •      We will work to link your direct mail to other parts of your marketing flow.
  •      This piece can then drive interested prospects to a place where they can find out more or where they can make a purchase.
Infusionsoft Marketing Automation Campaigns 

One of the biggest flaws in marketing planning is the “ask a prospect to marry you on the first date” approach. In this scenario, a business owner delivers a sales pitch expecting to make a sale immediately from a prospect who doesn’t know him, with whom he doesn’t have a relationship and who may not need what he is selling right now.

The cure for this is a nurturing campaign.

  • Research tells us it takes 7 to 14 “touches” before a prospect begins to trust a supplier.
  • In general most business owners make only two touches.
  • I will develop an inbound-centered email campaign, designed to reach a prospect at a specific time in the sales cycle.
  • This can be driven by web-activity, by Facebook ads, and by downloadable “info magnets” that we create on your website or on a landing page.
  • All of this is built on a widely-used Customer Relationship Management software called Infusionsoft (newly name Keap).
  • Using a tagging system, you can track prospect activities and therefore identify where your prospect is in the buying process, so that you offer appropriate messages.
  • The nurturing process can be used to deliver the right message at the right time, to appointment-set, or to coordinate in-house response activities.
